Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to Canada, United States and Turkey.
*Customs fees and duties, brokerage fees and/or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with every product you are using. If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us within 30 days of your order at support[@at] with your receipt and we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
*International shipping charges, customs fees, and/or taxes are not eligible for refund.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship to a PO box?

We do not ship to PO boxes.

La Ceiba Botanical Skincare is located in Toronto, Canada.

Do you send free samples?

Yes! We send 1 free sample with each order. Please write which product you would like to try in the comments section at check out and we will include it with your order.

How do I know I placed my order successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

Please email us at support[@at] and we will do everything we can to make it right!

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email us at support[@at] with your order number and a photo and we will take care of the rest!


How long until I see results?

Consistency is important! We recommend 2-3 weeks of regular use in order to see results.

Are your products safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

We take great pride in letting you know that our masks, toners, eye balm, body butter and facial cleansing and body oils are safe for women to enjoy during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Unfortunately, our facial serums have oils such as borage carrier oil and jasmine essential oil, which are not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding We do still always recommend discussing your skincare products with your physician before using.

Are your products vegan

Yes, all our products are vegan except our Eye Balm, Purifying Mask and our Antioxidant Mask, which include bee products such as beeswax, bee pollen and royal jelly.

Do you test on animals?

We absolutely do NOT test on animals!

Are your products gluten-free?

Some of our ingredients may contain gluten.

Are your products nut-free?

Our Revitalizing Facial Serum for the Look of Acne Scars has unrefined Tamanu oil in it, which should not be used if you are allergic to nuts.

Can serums be used instead of cream moisturizers?

Of course! Serums are very moisturizing and nourishing for the skin.

Do you carry any products with SPF?

No, our products don’t have SPF.

Do you use any artificial ingredients?

Absolutely NOT! Our products are 100% natural!
